SETUP: Students arrive to set up posters, demos, and presentation materials. Faculty and staff may also use this time to prepare registration and room logistics.
REGISTRATION: Event check-in opens to the public. Attendees may pick up badges, programs, and receive directions to presentation tracks and poster sessions.
WELCOME SESSION: Opening remarks and overview of the Spring Expo, including the event schedule, presentation format, judging process, and general announcements.
TRACK SESSIONS: Parallel oral presentation sessions featuring student project teams. Each track will host multiple team presentations evaluated by assigned judges.

LUNCH: Lunch break for students, judges, and attendees. Transition period between oral presentations and poster sessions.

AWARDS CEREMONY: Recognition of outstanding projects and announcement of award recipients. Closing remarks for the Spring Expo.
CLEANUP AND VACATE: Students dismantle posters and displays and vacate the space. .
